- Secured £1.25m in CBILS loans, managed the Job Retention Scheme for 19 employees and arranged rent payment holidays and finance agreements to guide the company through the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Generated annual savings of £300k within six months, via new lighting, renegotiated energy contracts, FX broker for foreign payments, and a reduction in insurance premiums.
- Researched and commissioned cost-saving environmental initiatives, including solar panels, yielding savings of £45k per year and a BioMass boiler, generating savings of >£100k per year.
