The problem

Running multiple projects in tandem and having to think about and worry about money management and cash flow constantly, was draining my creative energy and taking me away from the areas where I add the greats value and make the biggest difference. I needed to find someone whom I could fully trust to own the finance function to get me back in my creative space.

The solution

I have worked with Sanjay for 3 years and am always impressed by the intellectual rigor he brings to the business. He has helped with our business planning as well as maintaining the relationship with the bank to assist with the management of working capital. He also helped review and summarise our management information in readiness for investors and the bank. He has helped me consolidate my different projects and simplify and streamline the finance function. The work he has done has been of exceptional value in terms of return on investment.
