Eric is a private company CFO with a 20+ year track record of helping entrepreneurs envision, structure, and scale sustainable business platforms. In addition to being a CPA, Eric is also a graduate of the engineering program at the University of Waterloo, as well as the MBA program at McMaster’s DeGroote School of Business. After having an original focus on energy systems management and obtaining his P.Eng. designation, Eric was ultimately attracted to the startup community, where he spent 20+ years working as a leader for startup and scale up companies. In this time, Eric has been the driver of numerous strategic and tactical projects across a wide range of industries.
Eric’s focus on working with SME’s has provided him with the opportunity to wear multiple hats and take full ownership and responsibility for the delivery of traditional back office services such as HR and IT, in addition to finance.
