  • Developed a revenue forecasting model for a $6m top line professional services company which enabled them to more confidently hire the required number of resources to support this size business.
  • Built a 6 month cash flow forecast model for an E commerce business enabling them to secure $300k of funding. Cash forecast model is now used to manage day to day funding.
  • Developed a 5 year financial plan for a HR tech start up company and provided strategic advice to founders on funding requirements as well as proving pricing analysis and recommendations.
  • Developed a financial model for a $30m top line Transport logistics company to assess and make recommendations on selection of new real estate facility.
  • Through building a cash flow forecast for an IT consulting company with $4m top line, I provided detailed contingency plans and recommendations to obtain funding and enable the company to survive and progressively rebuild cash.
  • During 2025 I developed and delivered two financial literacy classroom style training courses to groups of SME's to help them better understand how to interpret financial indicators and share best practices for management reporting.
