Lisa has extensive knowledge of the Corporations Act, the ASX Liting Rules and Contract law, having operated as a fractional Company Secretary throughout her entire career, and successfully negotiating a number of client umbrella agreements and share and business sale agreements

Lisa has a proven track record of building strong, effective banking relationships. In a prior role, she worked closely with a Big Four bank to successfully renegotiate $34.9m in debt facilities, including the restructuring and reset of key financial covenants
