Rob brings a rare combination of financial leadership and operating experience, having served in both CFO and COO roles. He works closely with leadership teams to translate financial insight into practical execution while building the systems, processes, and financial visibility needed to support scalable growth.

Earlier in his career Rob held senior finance leadership roles with organizations including Hewlett-Packard, Deluxe Corporation, and Parexel, where he developed deep expertise in financial strategy, operational finance, and building high-performing finance teams.

He later served as CFO and COO of Celios, a venture-backed technology company, and Vigilant Inc., a premium manufacturer of humidors and wine storage solutions. At Celios, he helped secure growth capital to support the company’s expansion, while at Vigilant he focused on driving growth and building the processes, systems, and leadership team needed to scale the business.

Today Rob partners with founder-led and privately held companies as a fractional CFO, helping leadership teams improve financial visibility, strengthen cash flow management, and align strategy with measurable financial outcomes.
