Stability is one of the four most important foundations of good leadership, according to Gallup research titled Global Leadership Report: What Followers Want. The research also found that followers value hope, trust and compassion in their leaders. Conveying a sense of stability is not necessarily easy for those leading teams, especially if they themselves feel anxious, uncertain and worried about the future.
