Track Record Highlights
- Led the £70m IPO of a Middle Eastern oil and gas asset after negotiating it's spinout from an Indonesian conglomerate, overseeing the sale and purchase agreement and preparing all short-form and long-form listing documents.
- Provided transaction support and analysis for a $100m Eurobond listing, involving the preparation of listing particulars including historical and interim information, accounting policies and financial reporting procedures.
- Consulted on M&A activity to a large global media organisation, including investment appraisal, valuation analysis and deal structuring for a $75m start-up JV, a $15m production studio turnaround, a $70m production studio acquisition and a $400m international tri-party co-production television agreement.
- Managed all aspects of a £400m T/O business unit of a large global media organisation during an operational transformation which transferred the Company’s statutory and management reporting finance function to a SSC in Cardiff.
- Designed and implemented bespoke financial accounting software for a private equity fund, to handle large multi-currency consolidations involving 200+ SPV and holding companies in 30+ territories.
- Mapped out a 5 year strategic and operational plan for a financial services business, including acquire, build and run costing across Marketing, IT and HR, revenue forecasting, sensitivity and scenario analysis and risk management.
- Led the financial and operational planning and improved the financial control and compliance for two early stage digital ventures within a large global advertising agency.
