The problem

Running multiple projects in tandem and having to think about and worry about money management and cash flow constantly, was draining my creative energy and taking me away from the areas where I add the greatest value and make the biggest difference. I needed to find someone whom I could fully trust to own the finance function to get me back in my creative space.
