A commercially astute Chartered Accountant, with an extensive range of financial and operational senior management experience across a variety of business sectors. I have a successful track record of leading business strategy and growth, raising equity, debt and grant funding, and deal completion.

I am an entrepreneurial Chief Executive and CFO with financial, commercial and leadership experience at Board level in businesses ranging from £5-100 million plus. With both UK and international experience, I have led business transformations in ownership, strategic direction, turnaround and growth including raising private equity and debt finance with multiple successful exits.

An experienced FD/CFO and advisor who now works with entrepreneurs and develop their businesses to align with their chosen goals. I have direct experience across a wide range of organisations predominantly owner-managed, over a 30 year career in professional services, the private and third sectors. I became a portfolio FD/CFO in 2021 which compliments my other role as CEO of a local charity.
