Over a 15-year period, I have set up 4 SME businesses, won the Surrey entrepreneurial business of the year award and created the second fastest selling business App in the UK. Undertaking positions within Finance, Business Development and Operational Management at Director level through my career, I have gained a wealth of knowledge in a number of industries.

I am an experienced finance & general management professional, with formal training via finance degrees and qualifying as a chartered accountant. My work experiences include roles from C level directorships in listed companies through to entrepreneurial start ups. My specific sector experiences have covered property, technology, green energy, security, medical, contracting and other areas of business. I am motivated by assisting and seeing business owners achieve successful business outcomes.

I am an ACA qualified CFO with extensive senior finance and board experience working across sport, media and the software as a service sectors. Track record of partnering with business owners, CEOs, executives, boards, investors, and the wider colleague base to contribute to enterprise value creation.

Having worked across a range of consumer facing sectors in all sizes of organisation, there is nothing I like better than to help shape, articulate and then collaboratively help deliver the visions of entrepreneurs and business leaders.

I have broad experience in finance and management in the retail sector. I am a business partner to early stage business management teams and a problem solver, and quickly understand how individual businesses work and what is required to improve processes and profitability. Much of my work includes helping management teams prepare business plans for managing the business and applying for funding.

With over 30 years’ experience in UK and International consumer facing brands, as a CFO I have also led Operational teams from supply chain to retail. I enjoy working with stakeholders and management teams to develop and deliver clear, value adding growth strategies as well as finding practical solutions to business challenges.
