I honed my Finance skills working as FD for multiple businesses in large mutli-national companies, growing smaller or underperforming businesses. I have an adaptable and flexible approach gained from my experience living and working in Asia across 3 countries. More recently I have used my experience to support SME and Start ups create their financial plans for funding or sale.

I am a commercially astute Finance Director/CFO with an international background of stringent financial control and governance gained within the software/regulated financial services/fintech sectors, having proven achievements in start-ups, turnaround, restructuring, fundraising, and stock exchange listings.

A highly motivated FD/CFO with over 20 years’ experience, working for listed, regulated, PE backed/privately owned Financial/Professional Services, SAAS and FinTech companies. Hands on experience of supporting businesses with strategic/operational planning and executing transformational change, to better inform decision making, improve margins and/or drive growth/exit opportunities.

I have extensive CFO experience in telco TMT and fintech (inc SaaS), both within the UK and Internationally. This work has been for multi-national corporates as well as SME businesses all with the lens of driving improved shareholder value in a strongly controlled environment. I have led businesses through exits (IPOs, trade sales) plus leading acquisitions leading to favourable outcomes.

I am an entrepreneurial finance leader with 20 years of experience across the media, technology and financial services sectors. During my career I have founded and run my own data analytics consultancy, been a key member of the management team of a boutique private equity and venture capital fund, and managed teams of 25+ and revenues of £50m+ in large blue chip corporates.

I am an experienced CFO and Board member with over 25 years’ experience of working in the UK and cross border particularly France, Spain, the USA and Australia. I am commercially astute with strong interpersonal and management skills. I have significant M&A experience. I am regulatory approved (FCA and PRA) with significant experience of financial services and fintech sectors.

I’ve been a principal with the FD Centre for over 5 years working with tech start ups in the City of London. The companies I am involved with includes, insurtech, spacetech, fintech and capital markets intelligence with a strong focus on funding and growth strategies. My background is in Investment Banking and Financial Services.
