- Part of team that acquired entities in 4 different territories and integrated systems, over 36 month period.
- Developed financial strategy and forecast for a solar PV business, securing funding for the medium term, that lead to an exit to a PE house.
- Prepared 3-year business plans for a prop-tech business (with subsidiaries in 3 other territories) using MS Excel for P&L, Balance Sheets and Cashflows.
- Instrumental in the £5M exit sale of an IT services business to PE house overseeing the DD (due diligence process) and execution of the deal.
