- Grew Veterinary business from 7 to 27 surgeries & 50+ fee earners. Cash raising, business controls, integration. Crisis management during Foot and Mouth outbreak.
- FD for a rapidly growing Legal business, acquisition and integration.
- £34m green field site build, from Grant applications, planning, import, build and commissioning. Machinery imported from USA & Europe, plus refurb and relocation of existing equipment.
