Seth Pinegar

I joined CFO Centre in 2016 to launch its East China business in Shanghai, and have worked with more than 25 entrepreneur-driven growth-stage companies in industries including manufacturing, environmental technology/services, software, engineering services, supply chain & logistics, e-commerce, traditional/digital media, data/analytics, education, start-up incubation/accelerator, real estate and family investment offices. During 2011-14, I was CFO of Bleum Incorporated, a 1000-person software development provider based in Shanghai, where I led continuous operational improvements in a dynamic global market for offshore IT services. During 2008-11, I was SVP & Head of Corporate Development for iSoftStone Holdings in Beijing, whose U.S. IPO I led in 2010, along with numerous acquisitions and strategic client engagements. Prior to 2008 Seth was an investment banker for nearly a decade with UBS in New York and JPMorgan in Hong Kong and San Francisco.
