1) Consulting Services – Managers ( 1 position)

    Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise project team (normally 4-6 persons) to complete assignments (financial audit readiness, accounting services, financial due diligence, internal audit outsourcing, business process improvement, Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance projects, etc)
• Devise risk control solutions to solve clients’ internal control and risk management issues
• Drafting and communications of reports / findings / recommendations / client related documents
• Coach and supervise junior staff in the team
• Help building client relationship and explore service opportunities

   Requirements

• Qualified professionals – CIA /CPA / ACCA / AICPA, etc;
• 5 - 6 years experience, preferably in a Big 4 CPA firm or leading medium-sized local firm;
• Familiar with internal control framework, internal and financial audit methodology;
• Hands-on experience in control documentation;
• Financial management experience / knowledge (e.g. budgetary control, costing, management reporting, MIS, supply-chain, project management, etc);
• Exposure to Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance project and/or prior working experience in US and familiar with US GAAP is definitely an advantage;

2) Senior Consultants (4 positions)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Participate in financial audit readiness, accounting services, financial due diligence, internal audit outsourcing, business process improvement, Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance projects, etc;
• Devise risk control solutions to solve clients’ internal control and risk management issues;
• Drafting and communications of reports / findings / recommendations / client related documents
• Coach and supervise junior staff in the team
• Help building client relationship

Requirements

• Semi-qualified (still pending a few subjects of professional exams such as CIA / CISA / CPA / ACCA / AICPA) professionals or above
• 2 - 3 years working experience with a Big 4 CPA firm or leading medium-sized local firm
• Familiar with internal control framework, internal and financial audit methodology;
• Hands-on experience in control documentation is preferred;
• Exposure to Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance project is definitely an advantage;
